HUMANS

•  Do Not feed animals that do not belong to you
• Quiet time is 10 Pm – 7AM
• Generator run time – 9AM – 7 PM
• Speed limit 5 MPH
• No fish or shell fish cleaning at ranch
• Campfires only in fire pits
• No wood gathering
• No Trash in fire pits
• ALL trash goes in “trash Building” just west of Office
• NO cutting trees
• Do not cut through other people’s camp
• Fireworks are not allowed at Ranch
• Gate closes at dark EVERYONE HERE AFTER MUST BE PAID FOR.
• Drones must be kept in your own air space never intrude on others camp air space.
• VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND IS NOT TOLERATED, ENTIRE CAMP WILL BE REQUIED TO LEAVE NO REFUND 

DOGS

• Must be on leash at all times
• IF THEY CHARGE OUT OF YOUR SITE YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM IN CONTROLL AND THEY WILL NOT BE WELCOME AT RANCH. 
• Must stay out of  Office building
• Must be cleaned up after
• NO dog is ever to be left unattended at Ranch Not in vehicle , crate or tied.

Horses

•  Horses are not allowed outside of HORSE AREA. This means Never in a campsite.
•  Load & Unload in Horse area.
•  It is your responsibility to pick up all uneaten Hay.
•  If you have multiple horses and they are used to being together please put them in the same pen. Experience tells us they are happier and we have less broken fences/gates. No it does not change the price, but it may save you money as you will be responsible for cost of repairs.
•  ALL trailer cleaning goes into the manure pile in middle of horse area. Do not put manure in pile in pen.
