This is a working Ranch/Stables. Our prices reflect our low employee ratio, in fact there are only 2 of us. We sometimes draft friends and family in but for the most part just 2.  We do EVERYTHING in-house so to speak. For this reason you will find the most reasonable rates of anywhere and the least strict time schedule for you.

 Really the hardest part about the place is finding someone in the “Office” to do things like answer the phone and take your money.  It is probably the most relaxed place you will ever stay at. When no one is in the office you will be greeted with a “Sign” that will instruct to  where to find the worker bees to take care of you. As for phone and emails you will always get a return answer IF you do not get an answer, know that an effort was made but these workers are not really very high tech savvy  and malfunctions do happen. Please let them  know you haven’t heard back yet and every effort will be made to correct the error. Many of our guest say it is like going to visit friends. Cell service is sketchy at best, there are no hook-ups. Just good old fashioned camping to unplug and destress.  If you are up for that this is going to be your favorite place.
